At Dees Cakes, every cake, cupcake, and dessert is prepared to order and often customized specifically for each customer and celebration. Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order with Dees Cakes, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
All cakes, cupcakes, desserts, and custom creations are made to order.
Because our products are perishable and frequently customized, completed orders are generally non-refundable once preparation, production, decorating, or customization has begun.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the status of the order at the time the request is received.
Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund, less any administrative, design, or processing fees incurred.
Refunds are generally not available once:
Ingredients have been purchased specifically for the order
Design work has been completed
Baking has begun
Decorating has begun
Production has started
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirming their purchase.
Requests to modify:
Event dates
Cake messages
Flavors
Sizes
Colors
Design details
Delivery information
may not be possible once production has started.
Additional fees may apply for approved changes.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at pickup.
Once a product has been collected, responsibility for transportation, storage, handling, and care transfers to the customer.
Dees Cakes is not responsible for:
Damage during transportation
Accidental drops
Improper storage
Exposure to heat
Product deterioration after pickup
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for damage occurring after pickup.
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery whenever possible.
If a concern is identified upon delivery, customers should notify Dees Cakes immediately.
To help us investigate concerns, customers may be asked to provide:

Photographs
Description of the issue
Refunds, credits, replacements, or other resolutions may be offered at our discretion after review.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

While reasonable care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
